So content page providers will grow at the expense of landing page providers?

More to the point, what in fact is the valid rationale for an advertiser to want to opt out of ppc landing pages? The visitor from a landing page click is just as likely to transact, which is what the advertiser is after. Why this differentiationed attitude toward landing page clickers?
