Welcome to AD - do people use the typo spelling then? Google KW tool shows very low results. As a domain name only, I wouldn't pay owt for it, sorry.

Are you planning on developing it? If so, you could place nice keywords in text/original content and get good SE results and make some ££, who knows?

Pregnancies is the correct spelling suggys. It's one of them words that is rarely used in a sentence, unless your a midwife I doubt you'll be experiencing any more than one pregnancy at a time! I'd say £0.

Always be careful with your -y endings. Often -ies (battery/batteries)

If it's an -ey word usually the word goes to -eys in the plural (monkey/monkeys)

Or even...
