Awesome name but not specifically one Market unless it's for organised crime. However for a brandable point of view it's an excellent .com.

I would guess the seller of Mafia.com is also trying to take advantage of the success Mafiawars has had on facebook, with over 25.9 million active user accounts i think it would be perfect name for the creators Zynga

Good time to sell imo - Although its a great brandable domain i also feel its limited to some degree if that makes sense - I'd be suprised not see Zynga in the whois days after the auction...
