Premium .tv

I'm stumped. How do you find out if any .tv domain is a premium .tv, with raised registration fees? Can the premium .tvs be bought and sold in the normal way?

enom.tv is the official site, you can browse all premiums or it will tell you if a domain is premium after checking if it's available.

Thanks for the reply Grant. I had looked on Enom, and can see that it tells you if a domain that is still available is a premium.

What I can't work out is how to tell if a .tv that is already taken (that is for sale) is a premium or not??
