Prioritising which domain to develop first

Hello all.

I've got a few domains and I'm looking for other AD members advice on how to work out which one to develop first?

I'm going to create a spreadsheet with all my domains and then have each of the below factors in a column next to my domains.

My calculation would probably include something like the below.

What do you guys think, should we add other factors too?

1) Exact Keyword search (as per google keyword suggestion)
2) Average Cost Per Click (google adsense)
3(would consist ofFrom the above work out on average how much you would make for getting in the top 4 on search terms.)
4) Strength of competition (better to promote an niche or an area which little competitors

Anything else?

I know the chap that runs www.LegaliseCannabis.co.uk I've heard he is a half decent bloke, gets drunk and stoned and posts shit online sometimes, but apart from that he's ok
