Just a tip if anyone cares to try and profit from the effects of the ice and snow!
Has everyone noticed the guttering falling off or getting damaged from snow and HUGE icicles?
Well get a local site up for replacement or guttering installations as people will be looking as soon as it all thaws out and they realise the guttering has been damaged or totally ripped from the wall!
