Might be nice for a property buyer, at first glance my initial thoughts were people who wanted to rent.

Obviously property wanted is a lot better unless your in the property business or can develop this then not a lot of value.

To someone who knows how to develop and who is in the property market then not too bad a buy but....

This is one of those £0.00 to unlimited for the right person very hard to put a ball park figure on this.

perhaps soon there will be no property needed, as the market nose dives and buy to letters become rarer than a crack smoking monkey.
