In the lexicon of domaining is there an established single word usage to describe that most unscrupulous, heinous even, technique of artificially inflating viewing statistics and ppc for domains that are then offered for sale?

"Pumping" perhaps?

I can't find one.

Common useage is:

click fraud
ppc fraud
click spam
impression fraud

When in doubt make it up!
pinking
plinking
pelching
frinking

:)
