That is true. If you can help me accomplish this, I'm willing to compensate very generously.

Also the domaintools WHOIS link in the article is broken because domaintools don't don't currently recognise third level *.uk domain names when they're queried in the form of "http://domaintools.com/{domain.tld.uk}. They do however recognise many of the Centralnic pseudo domain names this way (e.g. any suffixed with uk.com). I wish they would fix this.

You can prepend "whois." before the domaintools..... query and it will work.

Associated company has only fairly recently been incorporated. That made me ponder whether it could be acting as a front for another, super duper sized, purchaser but the directors appear to legitimate and traceable, not nominee.

You talking about RAGS UK LTD in Ross on Wye? They've been incorporated years.

They have a very good company there, cash in bank at £1.3m in last set of accounts and net worth £1.8m.
