Quick conversion = Cash conversion for mini sites??

I have quite a few local domains and feel they should be making £xxxx a month easy!

So started looking at converting all my current sites that have WP or nothing on and to start getting leads that I can either sell or help rent a site out along with the ad clicks.

Reasons for doing this

• WP can be a bit heavy/slower with Plugins and themes
• Need Mysql DB's and 100's of them are no fun
• New setup take very little space and load fast
• I have been getting quite a few "I want a quote" responses from sites that DO have contact forms.
• A waste of possible revenue by not having a quick, easy site that allows "Call Back" and "Quick Quote" options.

I will be adding to sites that aren't live or performing that well first and then try it on one that I know every day makes at least £1 to see the impact.

The aim is to have companies rent the sites or pay for leads that come through rather than relying on G all the time for rev.

Just to add the other reason for doing this too is because I had my contact number on most of the sites and am getting calls regarding the service or products NOT people wanting to buy the site even though if you read the sentence it clearly says "to buy this domain". I have now removed my number but placed a contact link to the sale page for that domain e.g. http://hulldomains.co.uk/dnportfolio/?contact=45#offer

Check out aql and the like. Inbound geo numbers to email voicemail via mp3 etc.
