Never really bought a domain with the intent of selling, more to make money from affiliate marketing.
I'd say my worst buy was a chromebook related url, which I thankfully realised was a no-go
My best, non-developed url, would probably be 4gcoverage.co.uk. I think this will be massive when the licenses are eventually given out and, as I already make good profit from a similar site, will be looking to develop it unless a big offer came along.
