If your going to reg speculative Brandish type names then com is a bigger market ? Most that do reg lots sell very few, Who knows one day the com owners may want a uk presence but that could be a very very very long wait if ever ...

Yea that definitely seems like the case with this one....but I am honestly leaning more towards developing it myself. Thanks for your opinion!
