So I bought a .co.uk on the 14th.

The owner changed the TAG for me but at the moment I have not even had the paperwork.

I get an email from Sedo today.....

Thank you for choosing Sedo as your domain marketplace and transfer service.

Please note that the transfer of *********.co.uk is complete and you have ownership and administrative control of the domain. The transaction is now complete.

So im guessing now they have released the money to the seller.

What now happens if he decides he doesnt want to send me the paperwork???

Usually if Sedo make mistakes once you raise it with they will solve it, it doesn't look good but I'm sure they'll make it so that their customers don't lose out.

Just asks the question, did they actualy check the whois??

Its still in the companies name, im an individual. Its pretty obvious, and surly they should be aware of the time scale it takes to complete a uk transfer.

Anyway I have emailed them so will see what they say.

That was my question: what about to check whois??...I mean...that should be the first step right there....

Sounds like the one I might have been bidding on the other day, were the 2 initials OC.co.uk

If so it was a cracking price, I was going to bid upto £1000 for it
