Having recently used GoDaddy back ordering service which failed to catch a domain drop for a .com domain I am looking to keep on file a company that can secure .com's on the drop successfully.

It would be better if they offered a no catch no fee basis to the drop too.

Recommendations welcome. Thanks :D

It depends on where the domain is registered. e.g If the domain was registered with NetworkSolutions.com or enom.com, you should use namejet.com to backorder your domain.

GoDaddy back ordering service is only good if the domain is registered with GoDaddy.

Godaddy isn't too good in catching their own domains as well.. My recommendation would be Pool.com and Snapnames.. A bit on the higher side, but worth the trouble if you are looking for a good domain name
