Not sure on this one, sounds more of a social kind of site name than anything you could monetise off the bat.

i know there is a big thing now about recycling bikes,our local rag has a big article about it and the council have given them a huge grant to start,i know lots of councils are giving start up grants to environmentally friendly businesses,i know it's a play on the word but you should try contacting one of them and see what happens.
