refunded domain??

I'm new to this.

I registered a domain a couple of weeks ago. Googled it first. Today I checked again, and it looks like someone owned it previously but was refunded. It wasn't there before. Found it under .com domain names refunded 2/3/08

What could this mean? Is it anything I need to be concerned with? Could someone have just changed their mind? Estibot values it at $200. so it's not a terribly bad name.

People buy expired domains and test them. If they dont get traffic etc they refund them.
