Anyone know how nominet treat situations where the registrant's name is a Ltd company but the registrant type is 'UK individual'? EG:

Domain name:
somename.co.uk

Registrant:
Somename Company Ltd

Registrant type:
UK Individual

In the above case is 'Somename Company Ltd' the registrant regardless of the registrant type being 'UK individual'?

Wondering how nominet would treat a registration if 'Somename Company Ltd' was dissolved?

Nominet aren't that strict on the registrant type field, I guess they'd ask the registrant to update that field if a complaint was made.

Somename Company Ltd is the registrant regardless. If it's a dissolved company I can't see any reason why Nominet wouldn't treat it in the same way as all dissolved company domains.

Thanks.

There'd be some confusion where the company name could also be an individual ....DorothyPerkins for an example. But cases like that must be quite rare.
