Wanted: Website Review Rental Property Site

Have just created a new site for a private landlord to rent out properties: Ipswich Rental Properties.

Would appreciate any views on layout, look and feel or SEO. Many thanks to anyone who replies.

Looks nice but thought the red font was a bit overdone and a bit harsh to the eye. Aside from that it looks good

have to agree red is too harsh....get some properties on there though from a feed or something pepole want to c prop on before they will put thers on.

May thanks both - I went with red as the photos all had red cushions etc so thought it toned in; will rethink as to whether to get a more muted shade of red.
