Replacement image for blocked content

I'm working on a school website that blocks embedded YouTube videos. The filtering software is websense.

Is there a way for me to replace the video player with my own image when the site is viewed on a network that blocks this content? And show the video player when the page is viewed from networks that don't filter the content?

Thanks for any help.
