reselling an acquired .com

I acquired a .com though a pre release auction a couple of weeks ago and have just tried sending it to another party but am having problems. Do I have to wait 2 months before I can send it to them or is there a way of doing it? If they have an enom account as well, is it possible to push it to them?

You should be able to push it to them but you can't change registar within 60 days
