resources script/cms?

Hi,

I want to create a section on my site where people can download useful resources that are relevant to my subject. Just like flashkit do Flash Kit, A Flash Developer Resource for Macromedia Flash 8 and MX Tutorials SWF FLA images clipart Sounds WAVS Animations Help and Support.

I need a kind of CMS to manage the resources and maybe allow users to upload resources for approval.

Does anyone know of anything that I could use or search for?

as per my knowledge its not any CMS its php programmed page and url hide from htaccess file so do like this take the help of developer to develop this type of page.

Have a look at Concrete5.org.... it's quite a nice opensource (but buy some addons) cms.
