RoomLet.net

Yes, of course, you brits have .CO.UK and .COM. So normally, .NET would not be 3rd choice at best.

But I like this one due to the rhyme between "Let" and "net".

Here in the USA, "let" is not understood as a synonym for "rent".

Given the sonority and the scope of the rental market in the UK, what kind of value do you see here?

Don't see any value at all.

It reads awkwardly (the grammar just doesn't work). "RoomToLet.net" would be a far superior name even though it's longer. Now it just looks like a tiny room (a "roomlet").

Combine that with the fact it's a .net and you've got something that isn't going to get the pulse racing. It's not "good enough" for any company to want to rebrand to and consequently it's likely unsellable.

Thanks for the feedback, Edwin.

I noticed RoomLet.co.uk recently, which is a developed site. But, of course, we all know that seeing domains of a certain kind in use is NOT evidence that domains of that type have resale value. So it's good to inquire.
