In my opinion it's only worth reg fee untill developed and earning a revenue, get it developed and start earning, forums are not easy to establish though maybe start with pay per post.

I like it but I own some similar domains and would develop them if I thought it would be worth it. If you look at www.rugbyforums.com you can see that there isn't that much action there and these guys know what they are doing. Look at their other sites with thousands of posts....
