Crikey, thats really kind of you David.

I will knock up something and get it over asap, off at the moment (birthday weekend) but i will get something over sunday.

- update : weekly runs are going well ran 28 miles in training last month, should do about 57 miles this month.

Hi everyone,

Just in case you don't know (i have been hammering this a little)

I am doing a 1/2 marathon soon for the NSPCC and i am trying to raise as much money as i can. Goal - £10,000

I have received lots of kind donations to far (thanks everyone).

I have been thinking of more ways to increase this and i am going to try and get coverage in loads of magazines, papers and web sites over the next few weeks.

So the hits and ranking of the site i am promoting www.runforcharity.co.uk should increase.

So if anyone would like a link to their web site then make a kind donation and email me a link (and link text) and i will do my best to add the link asap.
