Based on the AdWords spend, I'd value it between £80 and £100. If it was the .co.uk there would be the chance of a brandable sale and the prospects would be much better.

I would imagine many of those searching for the term are simply after the relatively well known company (in the industry, at least) that trades as Rural Retreats Holidays Ltd.
