Though of course since they plan to build air conditioned stadiums, why's that an issue? The furious pace of construction in the Gulf region shows that they're perfectly capable of building just about anything they like - and of finding the budget to pay for it as well...

yes all we need is to shaft the Qatar authorities by building electric cars....but the current stock of 100 miles for an 8 hour charge is a long way from becoming mainstream.....imagine not relying on oil from the UAE....arrrrhhhh
