Sales force refers to a team of sales people within a company, TM'ing a generic term does not mean one has the rights to every domain. If the term was artificial such as ebay of Amazon then of course it would be a blatant infringement. In this case it is not, i would only be infringing if i offered it to the TM holder or used it to advertise products or services simular to the TM owner.

does that mean you cannot register laptop.co.uk, you recently advertises best netbooks for sale, well guess what that also has a tm on it, even voucher codes has a TM on it.there is a tm for almost every generic term but that does not give them the rights.

Amazon was a great word they come up with. Wonder how they thought of that.
I'd never heard of the sales force company before this thread. But the domain would make a nice sounding recruitment company.
