Can anyone recommend other places to list it for sale? / A way to appraise it's value?

That's considerable advertising revenue but I wonder why has it gone from over 17,000 visits in October to just over 600 in January?

We had a big PR campaign when we launched, got a review in the London papers and had a lot of free PR done online.

Since December I havn't had much time to keep the site in the public eye so to speak - and numbers have dwindled as a result, tie in the appalling condition on the UK housing market atm.

All our business advisers have told us that with suitable cash injection and advertising the time is ripe for a low cost house sale site, however, being still quite young I don't want to over leverage myself by taking out a largish loan.
