Scan my post closing

Just had an email saying they are shutting down at the end of September

.
I know there's a few of us using them, anyone know a similar service at a similar price?

Perhaps we could all say we are interested and come together to get a special deal with one provider we all trust?

Looking at: https://www.pc2paper.co.uk/real-letterbox.aspx (used for a while for sending letters, not a mailbox) and https://www.ukpostbox.com/ (suggested by scanmypost) and also https://www.i-support-business.co.uk/ (not fully httpS, but they say "
We use the https during checkout, as soon as you have to enter personal info, the site is secured."

Any comments appreciated.

(Hello, long-time lurker checking in...)

I'm in the same boat. Particularly annoyed as I moved my Ltd across to their service last year. Updating everything with HMRC, the bank, etc took ages.

It's difficult to know which providers will be reliable and trustworthy.

I was looking at these guys who at least have been around a while: https://www.simpleformations.com/
It seems to be a mail forwarding service rather than scan-to-email. Anyone tried them?

I was also using them for my Ltd.
I'm looking at https://cityaddress.co.uk/registered-office/ seems to be the closest on price (about twice as much as scan my post were charging me) and they scan and email.

After due diligence on this company (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11697765) it doesn't look like a viable option. Please don't take my post as a recommendation, DYOR.
