If you have no backlinks then toolbar pagerank is completely worthless. I assume you know that though...

Well, I just recently purchased the domain. My main criteria was the domain name, not so much the pagerank. While doing some research on it, I noticed it showed up as a PR3 domain. Haven't checked the quality or quantity of the backlinks, but now I know they don't really exist.

The buyer wants a week to pay me, so in the meantime, he's okay with me looking for someone to meet my BIN price. If the BIN is not met, he'll take the domain when he's got the funds sorted
