After reading about the guy who wants to start his own search engine I was doing some research on search engines and found this odd fact.

Go on to Google or Yahoo or Bing and search for the term ' search engine ' and Dogpile search engine ranks above the search engine you are using eg go on Google and search for ' search engine ' and Dogpile is ranked above Google but it's the same with Yahoo and Bing.

I wonder what Dogpile are doing for SEO because they are bl**dy good at it

Thats a nice fast search engine, I like it and it shows it can be done.

It is really good actually and seems to work better than others, only problem for me is that it as an evn bigger ad space at the top than Google, another I use to you use is this mamma.com thoiugh I don't anymore.

My local library use to have something called anywhere.me but I don't like it.

Good luck to anyone starting a new one !

What about ' Acorn search - helping you find your nuts ! '

The search box bottom left under the google one is the acorndomains search
