Any thoughts on securedloanrate(s) /co/uk

Low hundreds in exact search volume but high estimated average CPC.

Also this term has very high advertiser competition. Searching these terms will show around 11 advertisers arround google's search results.

I've a few other domains in a similar position but have never got around to developing, or even knowing if they're worth developing.

What are your thoughts on the above names and similar?
Are they a waste of time, or a gold mine if developed correctly with Google's top spot in scope?

i like these kind of domains,low exact figure,but i have a feeling it maybe higher than the keyword tool has spat out....the securedloanrate in trends seems to have fell of a cliff ??? but with just over a million other sites infront of you in google you could hit the top of google within a week and the high cpc will pay for itself.
