so what supposed to happen is....they give you an appraisal(which is 80% lower than it really is) and you think to yourself ohh no!!!,i was offered twice that i must have overpriced it.....i shall lower my expectations and reduce my minimum offer!!!!

You missed out a totally out of the blue email from someone say ???????????????????? Domcollect offering slightly and pure coincidentally 5% above the sedo valuation. :lol:

i can see a business opportunity there graeme...!!! i will offer an appraisal for the newbies in the appraisal section (obviously low ball)and tell admin to lock the thread then we give him the nod and reopen the thread then you pop in with an offer just over the appraisal (give admin say 10%)

I submitted one and have the response "5172 min wait" refreshed and it said "5169 min wait" if I don't sell soon it will be worth nothing.

I removed every single name (not parked for a few years now and not sure why anyone would but still had an account with names in) yesterday and spotted this gem:

I don't think you can. There's a site that's supposed to help push them to auction, but it's not worked for me.
