Suprised CHristmas.co.uk only went up to 14k.
Would have thought it was worth more than this or am I missing something?

The reserve I believe was around £100k which kind of negates the desire/need to bid it up without any chance of a buy. I'd pay more than £14k for it but didn't bid.

Should havce started it with a reserve of 1p. With all the hype it would have created at that price, any one who was interested, would have heard about it on the grapevine.

Guaranteed to get a good market price... IMHO of course...

I think that is a common view - 'everyone' knows about the £100k price and figure that is too pricey so dont bother wasting their time.

Pleez, your brokers are shocking when it comes to getting in touch. Nothing personal, you buzz in and out of here OK, but how much time have I wasted leaving calls to brokers. Not sprats, we are talking about buying/selling 4 figure domains.
To answer your pm loads of domainers had a fairly good idea what the reserves were on the big ones, not just privy to me.

1) No idea on pricing
2) No idea how to deal with brits
3) No chance of ever selling
