Sedo offers for domains that have websites

I've got domains listed on sedo, some of which have websites.

Is there an option to add the sale of the domain includes the website?

Or would you expect when buying a domain name that when checked online has a working website that the website is included?

There is an option to say you're selling a website.

If thats not ticked then you're not buying the site, you're buying the domain. Though realistically its unlikely anyone wants the site if they're offloading the domain... send them a quick message through the contact system and ask them to include it. If the price is right there is probably no reason for them to say no.

Or, just edit the offer page to say 'includes website & content'.

I was selling the domain name and they asked whats the keyword stats were. They assumed the website would be included I guess as I'd never ticked anywhere saying the website would be included. Its good to know about that option)
