I posted in the transfer centre every day for six days without a response. In general the timeliness of updates from Sedo staff has always been below what I would have expected, but a week unanswered is very poor indeed.
Might be worth you having a look at who the transfer was assigned to? PM me for details if you would like to follow it up.
That said, I also got in touch with the live chat yesterday afternoon and this morning, finally, I have a response.
