i could see a use for bars, most definitely, as was sold on here
but tbh the only reason I would pay 200 quid for this is I know someone would pay a bit more

You saved your self a world of pain for little return, I have a client with 60+ cafes and couldn't see them using a cafe directory.

Unlike restaurants where customers look for the best chef and food, Cafe's are simply about convenience. People are more likely to look at Gmap than a dedicated cafe directory, plus cafes on the main are either operated by owners or large chains so are difficult to access in terms of asking them to upload their details to any type of directory.

this sort of domain can trick you into wasting what is best part of a grand
there are far better domains to be had for less and more

I had this month 70 german domains on sedo auctions, it was terrible.
3 letter domains and acceptable generics sold for 100 Euros. There must have been something really good on german TV on the evening the auction ended, I could cry.

Ask SEDO to explain what they did apart from email out to promote it.

You are paying them fees and agree to their performance related pay model, but they are not performing.
