SEDO stinks

I sold one of my domains and want to transfer it to Sedo but I am getting incomplete instruction.
Also it takes 2-3 days to get an answer from them.
It looks like there is only one person answering letters
 
I would like to think I am not a waste of space.

Please let me know what problems you have encountered Gio and I will do my best to rectify them.

Agree, that Hugo chap is hopeless. A buyer requested seven days ago to set up a third party Escrow transaction via Hugo's email address, not one word from him to date.
 
True, but some staff at Sedo know how to do their job. I sent an email to Joanna, 40 minutes later it was read into the system.

7 days vs. 40 minutes. :confused:
 
I must admit Joanna is very helpful and without her I wouldn't be able to complete my sale but I still have a complain about the company.
Sedo does not send an email if you get an offer to buy your domain.
I don't have time to check my account at Sedo every day so a while ago
I lost a sale because I wasn't aware of an offer.
This time I received an offer to buy 3 of my domains and I almost lost it too
because in 2 days this offer would expire and I did not know about it.
Sedo earn a commission on each sale so why they don't care about their own business ??
I wonder how many (thousands, millions ?) they lost because of missing sales

You get an email from Sedo everytime you receive an offer/counter offer

I would check your spam settings

You also get automated reminders if you don't reply as well, I get offers almost every day, never had a problem.
 
I sold a few domains through Sedo and NEVER received an email from them.
I also check my spam email everytime I check my email
