How does Sedo decide what's a "Top Domain"?

Current homepage examples include "lawyercenter.co.uk" so American spelling on a .co.uk domain extension, how does that make it a top domain?

I bet someone just didn't notice it was the American spelling

I wonder if Jewelry.co.uk would be classed as a 'Top Domain'

Aren't Laywer, Solicitor, Barrister all different things ? like Barrister does the court thing, Lawyer does caselaw stuff and solictor general stuff ?

I don't know for sure, but last big case, I had like 4 different types and Solicitor and Barrister i'm 99% sure was both listed, so maybe lawyer is another type ?

Me personally, I intermix them all :)

Trivial I know, but a lawyer would incorporate both a barrister and solicitor. The main distinction is between a barrister and solicitor.

Lawyer is used in the UK - examples include Lawyer 2b (Lawyer2B - Guide to a Career in Law) which is a major magazine for students wanting to be lawyers - the word lawyer is used here for example to cover both solicitor and barrister
