Wanted: Domain Appraisal Selection of domains..

Caught this lot at the weekend and not sure on value as all .uk.com however good keyword domains:

weddinggifts - 14,800 UK Exacts
engravedgifts - 6,600 UK Exacts
christeninggifts - 33,100 UK Exacts

If resale value is that poor due to .uk.com might just develop.
