Selling Websites - Entrepreneurs' Relief

It relates to when you sell a business (typically a limited company) and associated assets, disband the company never to formulate a new company operating in the same sector. You have to jump through countless hoops, get a decent accountant on board.

Hope this isn't hijacking the thread, but in the interests of tax efficiency, can anyone give general examples of allowable costs to claim back against for domaining? It would be helpful to know if there are other costs I could be claiming for. Many thanks.

Thanks for the replies. Also says all "or part of". I'll ask an accountant anyway. Cheers

Part of a business counts providing you dispose of it completely. (Ie all of your shares, or all of one part of the business which is a separate business in its own right I guess)

Rule #1: Be Respectful

Do not insult any other member. Be polite and do business. Thank you!
