Should I tell them?

I was going to, but they had "disappeared" when I tried to find them although the van was still there. They will probably be back again today (neighbours house).

You've got to make sure you tell them, it would be like living next to a doctor who can see you have a disease and doesn't bother telling you

They aren't my neighbours, they are just doing some work FOR my neighbours. They did come back very briefly today in a different van, but was too far down the road for me to see the spelling on this one. I'm sure they will be back again though....
