skype phone help anyone?

I am finally stopping the laziness and getting skype to use for my calls, can anyone recommend a good skype phone to get, want a decent one really with no lag.

As an alternative/backup to Skype I signed up with Sipgate after a recommendation, much better call quality - especially to mobiles, costs are really low and I got a free local incoming number too which was nice and is something you have to pay for each month with Skype.

Skype is of course useful for communicating with other Skype users

Skype has other features like the IM doesnt it though.
I use sipgate with a grandstream handset but it is just a phone.

Probably I'm not a regular user, I generally use Skype for skype-to-skype calls and Sipgate for mobiles
