Been waiting for a domain at 123-reg to do a nameserver change for 56 hours now. Asking 123-reg if there's a particular issue just got me referred to all the standard domain FAQs as if I'm a dummy.

Has anyone else found nameserver changes slower than normal at the moment?

I did a NS change from 123-reg last night. It took only 30 mins.

I had similar problem before, just resubmit NS change and it might help. I think there is a problem on 123-reg site not Nominet. This is about .uk domains, I don’t have anything else with them.

Thanks for your thoughts it is really annoying me now as I wanted to get a website sorted this weekend and time is just evaporating.

What really annoys me is the lack of answer from 123-reg to my original question and now I get the email saying my follow up question has been responded to only to log in and find nothing!

Couple that with a perpetual nag screen demanding my credit card details, perpetual security certificate error this nag screen throws up in my browser and now being fobbed off like a dummy means I'm really getting tempted to move the damn lot to another registrar right now.

If it's a .uk domain change the TAG to GWEAVER and let me know what nameservers and will do it for you then change the TAG back.

I'm off out in 30 mins though so best be quick.
