Wanted: Service Small Directory site build needed

Hi,

I am looking for someone to build a website for me.

The website that I need is a small directory type site.

The first page would be about the directory and then I would need the following:

A Page listing 15 geographical areas, each area should link to a page of categories of which there would be approx 16.

From the category page there would be approx 143 sub categories. From each sub category there would be one page listing 3 businesses. There would be a short description of each business a small graphic showing their logo and a few extra details including contact details.
I would need to be able to update and add businesses and replace them when I needed using cms

I hope this is clear enough for you to give me a quote.
Can you also tell me how long it would take to build?
