and

here it was some website before and it's getting a traffic like a 17 uniques in 2hours... from registration... you think that can be worth something?

Well it would depend where the traffic was coming from, it could easy have been produced by the seller of the domain, or it could be coming from a high value link (e.g. bbc link) in which case buy it.
