When do we need to register domains by?

I think I've got a few that I've not registered yet.

"This will be a one-year free registration promotion which will be live from 3rd June until 14th June and open to all registrars. There will be no sign up required to participate in this promotion. "
 
Just had an 'interesting' telephone conversation with support at my current registrar DomainBox (not for much longer!) - and so far they are not aware of and there are not honouring the free RoR promotion!
- they are certainly doing their best to push me into getting my own Nominet Membership!
