According to the keyword selector tool searches for snoop dog = 69605 in March 2007.
most people dont add the extra g when searching this phrase - maybe they are just lazy

the search results for snoop dog and snoop dogg in overture are the same, which means that overture is just aggregating the results and you can't actually tell from that which term people are searching for.

It looks like there are more search results in google for the proper term
