Sold Domains

I have added a feature to scan Sedo's site for UK only domain sales and post them in the Sold Domains forum within 10 minutes of Sedo listing them.

Pretty cool! Keeps Acorn at the forefront of UK domain news. And it provides a record at "busy times" when the listings scroll quickly off Sedo's front page.

Quick question: does it distinguish between rnm (reserve not met) and actual sold domains? DomainLore's otherwise very useful tool doesn't make that distinction, which can get a little confusing at times...

It will only post names they are publishing as sold.

BTW, don't know if you noticed but there's a weird "mirroring" effect going on, in that Sedo sales are getting posted twice (I assume automatically each time) a few hours apart...

Yes it's a know bug in VB, I'll have to get around to upgrading to get rid of it.

Will that sort out the repeated feeds on the tool bar because that was doing my head in keep reading and deleting and then getting the same feeds plus duplicate feeds and even tiplicate feeds ?

Is that in the Auctions section only? I suspect RSS sees it as a new post each time the datestamp or price updates...
