Just put this up and been tinkering with it for a while.
What do you think of design, layout navigation etc?
I am hopeless at design, fonts, colours and all that side of things and will need to get a header done from someone - any recommendations?
Just stuck the "apply now" button in the sidebar as I am trying to get more visitors to send me their details.
Thought, comments - better template design recommendation perhaps?
